Uplifting 瑜珈磚 - 煙晶銀

The smoky quartz color is gorgeous and the block has just enough firmness to support me in triangle pose without feeling like I'm pushing into concrete. It's become my favorite prop for deepening my stretches before work.

It’s light enough to toss in my bag but firm enough that I don’t sink when I need real support in triangle pose. The silver sheen catches the light nicely in the studio, and the grip feels secure even when my palms get sweaty.

The smoky quartz color looks gorgeous in my studio, and it’s firm enough to really push into during balancing poses without any wobble. Lightweight too, so I can toss it in my bag without thinking.
