The firmness is spot-on—not too hard on my palms during triangle pose, but solid enough that I never wobble. It's so light I actually forgot it was in my bag until I needed it for a deeper stretch.

I’ve been using it for support in triangle pose and it’s light enough to toss in my gym bag without thinking twice. The black color hides dust well, and it hasn’t slid once on my mat. Exactly the stability I needed.
