Uplifting 瑜珈磚 - 黑色

I’ve been using it for hip openers and it’s light enough to carry to class, yet it doesn’t squish under my weight. The black color hides dirt well too, which is a bonus for daily practice.

I’d been using a rolled-up towel for support before this, and the difference is night and day. This block stays put under my palm during triangle pose and the lightweight feel means I can toss it in my bag without thinking.

I was skeptical about spending money on something so simple, but this block's light weight makes it easy to toss in my gym bag, and the firm surface gives me real stability in triangle pose without any wobble. My hamstrings have never felt so supported during forward folds.
