The silicone grip backing is honestly the star here—my mat stays put even in the sweatiest parts of class, and the soft top side catches everything without bunching. I've washed it three times already and the grip hasn't worn down at all.
The soft front side actually does a great job absorbing sweat during hot yoga, and the black color hides stains well. It stays put on my mat even when I’m really moving, which makes a huge difference.
