I've worn these through a couple of sweaty gym sessions and they never slid down into my shoe once. The fabric around the ankle stays put without digging in.

These stay put through an entire leg day, which is more than I can say for my old socks that slid down every set. The quarter crew height is perfect with my trainers, no bunching at the heel.

The quarter height is perfect for my running shoes, no bunching around the ankle like my old crew socks. Only gripe is they're a bit thin for really cold mornings, but they wick sweat fine on warmer runs.
