The strap has just enough stretch to help me sink into forward folds without my hands slipping. I also loop it around my rolled mat when I bike to class, which I didn't expect to use it for. Solid little tool for the price.

I've been using this to reach my toes in forward folds and it's made a real difference in my hamstring flexibility. Carrying my mat over my shoulder on the walk to class is way easier than juggling it under my arm.

The strap loops around my mat perfectly and makes the walk to class way easier than juggling it under my arm. I've also started using it at home to reach my toes in forward folds, and it gives just enough length without stretching out.
