The loops cinch tight enough that I can roll my mat up and carry it to the studio without anything slipping, and the weave has just the right grip for holding a deep hamstring stretch. It’s become my go-to for anything where my hands can’t quite reach my foot.
I’ve been using this strap mostly for hamstring stretches and it’s the first one that actually stays put without slipping. The fact that it doubles as a mat carrier is a nice bonus—I just loop the ends around my mat and it holds tight on the way to class.
The loop ends are long enough that I can actually buckle it around my mat without wrestling with it, which makes getting to class a lot easier. It’s sturdy but still has a little give to it, and the gravel color looks way better in person than I expected.
