The shoulder strap is genuinely soft against my skin even after an hour of walking to class, and the top handle makes it easy to swing onto a subway hook. My keys clipped onto the carabiner have stayed put through three weeks of daily use.
The carabiner hook is a lifesaver—I just clip my keys on and never dig through my bag again. The strap is padded just right, so it doesn't dig into my shoulder even when I'm walking ten blocks to the studio.
The shoulder strap is so soft and easy to adjust that I barely notice the bag is even there during my walk to the studio. The top handle makes it simple to grab off the carabiner hook when I'm in a hurry, and my keys stay right where they should be.
