The 8oz bag lasted me about six baths, which felt like a decent value for the price. It dissolves fast without leaving grit at the bottom of the tub, and I've been sleeping noticeably better on the nights I use it. Vegan and cruelty free is a nice bonus too.
My legs were sore after leg day so I dumped a scoop of this in a hot bath and stayed in until the water went lukewarm. The 8oz jar is smaller than I pictured but a little goes a long way. Slept like a rock that night.
