Wore these to my first barre class in months and the grip kept me from sliding around on the wood floor during pliés. The strappy back looks cute enough that I didn't bother taking them off for coffee after.

The silicone dots actually stay put through a full barre class, even during the balance work on the balls of my feet. The strappy design looks cute enough that I don't bother taking them off before running errands after.

Wore these for a barre class and the grip actually held through the whole plank series, no sliding around on the mat. The straps are cute too, which I wasn't expecting from a grip sock.
