Cashed in my 2000 points and the reward showed up exactly as described, no issues at checkout. Since it's a final-sale item I went in knowing there was only one size, and that was fine for me.
Cashed in my 2000 points expecting the usual trinket and got something genuinely nice instead. The final-sale thing made me nervous, but it arrived quickly and the quality is well above what I figured a loyalty redemption would be.
I was a little skeptical about what exactly would show up, but the redemption process was seamless and the packaging felt genuinely luxe for a loyalty perk. It's a one-size special final-sale item, so I knew exactly what I was getting, no surprises. Worth every point I'd saved up.
