The grip on these held up perfectly on a loose gravel trail this morning, which I didn’t expect for a shoe that also feels smooth on pavement. My ankles felt locked in during the whole run, no slipping around the heel at all.
Feels like the ground is an anchor on these, the stability is unreal for a shoe this light. I took them straight onto gravel and then a packed dirt path without adjusting my stride once. The crystal blue color is even sharper in sunlight than the photos.
Took these out on a wet trail run and the stability genuinely surprised me—my ankles felt locked in even on loose gravel. They’re a touch stiff for my usual long walks, but that’s the trade-off for the support, so I’m not mad.
