Looping the ends around my mat actually works way better than the rubber band I'd been using, and the strap itself is just long enough to get a solid grip in hamstring stretches. The buckle holds firm even when I'm pulling hard to deepen a fold, which is exactly what I needed.
The buckle is sturdy and the strap’s length gives me just the right tension in hamstring stretches, even when I’m feeling tight. I also love that I can roll up my mat and loop it through the ends for carrying—two jobs, one piece of gear.
The buckle glides so smoothly through the loops that I can adjust my pose mid-stretch without breaking focus, and it’s sturdy enough to hold my mat rolled tight for class. The extra length makes those deep hamstring stretches finally feel reachable.
