The half-crew height is perfect with my sneakers, no slipping down into the shoe. Fabric stays soft after a few washes and the grey hides lint well. Just ordered three more pairs.

Wore these through a whole day of errands and they never slid down or bunched up in my shoes. The half-crew height hits just right below the ankle bone.
