The firmness is spot-on—supportive without feeling like I'm pushing against concrete. I use it under my hip in pigeon pose and it holds steady the whole time.
I was a little worried it'd be too soft, but the firmness is perfect for holding deep stretches without wobbling. It's so light I can toss it in my bag without noticing it's there.
The silver finish looks sleek in my studio, and the block’s lightweight feel makes it easy to grab between flows. It’s firm enough to hold me steady in triangle pose, but I don’t feel like I’m pressing into concrete.
