ALO Intention Crystal - Rose Quartz

I keep it on my desk and catch myself glancing at it during work—the rose quartz catches the light in a way that genuinely feels calming. It's solid enough to hold comfortably during meditation, and the energy it's supposed to carry actually makes me more mindful of my goals.

The rose quartz has a lovely weight to it, and the energy it’s supposedly carrying actually helps me pause before reacting during stressful moments. I’ve started holding it for a few seconds after my yoga practice, and it feels like a tangible reminder of what I’m working toward.

I keep it on my desk during work calls and just holding it for a second brings me back to my yoga mat. The stone itself is smooth and cool to the touch, and the weight of it feels intentional in my palm.
